We offer a 30-day window to return your product for a full refund if unused in the original packaging. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

As we offer free standard shipping, You are responsible for any return shipping fee. To get a refund, you must contact us before returning the item for return instructions.

To start your return, please get in touch with us at support@gofortrends.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The international return must be paid for the shipping return cost. We don’t generate International return shipping labels.

 

Exchange
To exchange a product, please get in touch with us, and we will process the exchange; a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Defected
If you find your order is defective, you need to contact us with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we will immediately send out a new product.

 

Not as described or the wrong product
If you find your order is defective, you need to contact us with photos of the product; we will provide a return shipping label once it’s tracking, and we will ship a new product immediately.

 

Cancel order
